Trinity Blood: Augusta Vradica / Seth Nightroad 04

In the manga, Seth Nightroad was first introduced as a tea seller in Andolu, a small area where Terrans reside in the New Human Empire. She convinces Ion to buy tea from her and later helps them locate Mimir’s medicine shop. She later introduces herself to Ion and Esther, and Ion comments how her name sounds like a boy’s name, wondering is her parents were hoping for a boy. Seth shrugs, saying she already has two older brothers, secretly pertaining to Cain and Abel.

At the end of the Night Lords Arc, Ion is horrified at the revelation that the tea seller he addressed as “girl” was actually the Empress, Augusta Vradica.

Japanese cosplayer Mitsuya (蜜也) looks absolutely stunning as Seth! I bet that costume took a lot of work to finish! Please be sure to support the cosplayer in her Archive account! Thanks to Zoe for sending this in!

Hi, guys! This is Mei! I apologize for the long hiatus, but I’m finally getting my life back in order, so I’ll be slowly adding updates onto Cosplay Holic again! It will take quite a while to bring the updates back to normal again, but I have to start somewhere, right?

I’ll be doing away with the tags for future posts so that you guys can get the updates faster! Besides, it has lost its effectiveness now, so it’s time to stop being redundant, no?

Once again, please do support N.E Project by visiting their Facebook page and giving them your like! Sailor Saturn is our very own Cosplay Holic Reader, Syaza! Please continue to support her in her future cosplays! Thanks again for sharing this with me!

Love Live!: Yazawa Nico

Yazawa Nico is an aggressive individual who will stop at nothing in achieving her goals. However, as an idol, she takes on an alternate personality who is always smiling and upbeat! She often thinks very highly of herself, but she also cares about the other members of μ's.

Misa looks cute as Nico, don’t you guys agree? For Love Live! fans, who is your favorite character in the series? Maybe I will feature that next, since Laurence sent in quite a bit. Thanks again for sharing this with us!

Ten Count | How to Train Your Dragon: Kurose Riku, Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III, and Shirotani Tadaomi

I can almost hear the fujoshi scream.

This, my dear readers, is a very cute photo of Baozi and Hana, along with Liui in the middle. Liui posted this on his Facebook Page, and I thought you guys might like it too.

I’m sure a lot of you are brain storming some fan fiction about these three, so let’s leave today’s feature like this now, shall we?

Death Note: Ryuk and Rem

6

Although Ryuk and Rem are both shinigamis, they are the exact opposites of one another. While Ryuk takes amusement in everything in the Human World, Rem dislikes humans and views them with contempt. In another example, Ryuk is ambivalent with Light’s success or failure, while Rem, on the other hand, actively assists Misa. However, they are similar in the fact that neither one of them displays “proper” traits for a shinigami to have.

I’m guessing Ryuk has a mask on, what do you guys think? I find this version of Rem quite pretty though. Thanks to Maika for sending this in!

Death Note: Rem

Like Ryuk, Rem is a shinigami who has two Death Notes, one of which she delivers to Amane Misa. Her second Death Note belonged to another shinigami named Gelus, who fell in love with Misa and sacrificed himself in order to kill her destined murderer. She once viewed all humans with contempt, but after witnessing Gelus’ devotion to Misa, Rem decides to watch over Misa in his place.

This looks amazing! And the camera angle is well thought out, as it makes the cosplayer look really tall and lanky, just like the shinigami herself! If anyone knows who the cosplayer is, please do let me know! Thanks again to nopqr for sharing this!

Prison School TV Series Drama

Popular manga series, “Prison School” will be receiving a live-action drama television series adaptation that will air in MBS on October 25 at 24:50 and TBS on October 27 at 25:11. The series is directed by Iguchi Noboru at production studio Robot.

Iguchi said with a laugh that when he heard about the live-action television plans, he initially asked, "Is this for real?" He felt that if he squandered this chance to adapt this amusing manga, he would regret it for the rest of his life.

I immediately recognized that this is another amazing photo by the late Saya. It seems she and Kaname are close friends because this is the second Vocaloid shoot that they did together (you can see the other one I featured last February here). It still makes me sad to think she’s gone. Thanks to Midori for sending this in!

Harukanaru Toki no Naka de – Maihitoyo: Motomiya Akane and Ono Suefumi and Suefumi’s Ghost

Akane first met Suefumi on a rainy day, as Suefumi tacitly offered her his coat to keep herself from getting wet. When they met a second time, Suefumi confesses that he has no recollection of his past or his name, but somehow feels content by being with her. As Akane sets out to find out who Suefumi is, she unravels a famous cursed dance rumored to kill anyone who attempts to perform it.

I loved this story of Suefumi in Volume 14 of the manga! Although awkward, Suefumi was proud and fearless! It’s too bad he wasn’t part of Hachiyou Shou.

Anyway! Please support Akane’s cosplayer, Aizumi Sera (愛純世羅) through her Cosplayers’ Archive! I don’t know her friends’ websites, but Suefumi is cosplayed by Tachibana Hito (橘人)and his ghost version is cosplayed by Soku-san (蒼空さん)! Thanks again to Justine for sending this in!

No Game No Life: Shiro

Excelling in calculations and logic, Shiro and her stepbrother, Sora, form the undefeated gaming identity “Blank” due to their trademark of using only spaces as their in-game names. After their parents died, they no longer had any emotional ties to society and became shut-ins or hikikomori. They are also agoraphobic, and suffer from panic attacks when they are separated from one another.

Oh wow, Tomia makes the perfect Shiro, wouldn’t you agree? If you’d like to see more of her photos, please visit her blog and official Facebook page to give her your support! Thanks to Daniel for sending this in!

Death Note TV Series

Popular manga series Death Note received a TV drama series that premiered last July 5, 2015. It was directed by Inomata Ryuichi, known for his work on Kaseifu no Mita, and Nishimura Ryo, who worked on the special version of the 2014 drama Kamen Teacher. The adaptation featured several talented actors, including:

• Kubota Masataka as Yagami Light
• Yamazaki Kento as L. Lawliet
• Yuki Mio as Near / Mello
• Sano Hinako as Amane Misa
• Matsushige Yutaka as Yagami Soichiro
• Fujiwara Reiko as Yagami Sayu
• Maeda Goki as Matsutuda Tota
• Yuge Tomohisa as Aizawa Shuichi
• Sato Jiro as Mogi Kanzo
• Seki Megumi as Himura Shoko / Halle Lidner
• Hankai Kazuaki as Watari

I’ve heard mixed reviews with this series, so I’m not sure if I want to watch it or not. Kubota Masatake does make an impressive Light, but I think Yamazaki Kento might be a little too beautiful as L? Also (spoiler alert!), Apparently Near has a split personality, so Yuki Mio plays both Near and Mello! That part I actually wish to see for myself!

What are your thoughts on this adaptation of the series?

Alright guys, Yukino and I are not completely sure, but we think this might be Arisa Mizuhara. I’ll put this feature under her tab for now, but if someone could confirm it, then we’d be extremely grateful! Thanks again to Yukino for sending this in!
