Togainu no Chi: Akira 03

Faced with no other option, Akira left for the city of Toshima as a fugitive falsely accused of murder. Upon his arrival, he was harassed by a group of thugs, only to be saved by a man dressed in black, who brutally murdered his attackers with his sword. The man threatened Akira as well, but when he showed too much pride to beg for his life, his “savior” decided to let him live.

I’m guessing that the man dressed in black is actually Shiki, but I haven’t seen the anime nor played the games. In any case, this is yet another great cosplay by the late Saya! Thanks again to Ophelia for sending this in!

Togainu no Chi: Akira 02

An orphan along with Keisuke, Akira was an undefeated champion of the street fighting game “Bl@ster”, where he participated in the RAY district under the name LOST. He appears to be cold and uncaring, but he has a very naive side to him. He likes omelet rice flavored Solids and uses a knife as his weapon of choice.

Togainu no Chi: Shiki and Akira

When Akira was falsely accused of a crime, a mysterious woman offers him his freedom in exchange for participating in the deadly game known as Igra. Akira must defeat Igra’s strongest man, the king or Il-re if he wishes to remain a free man.

Shiki is the Il-re who has never been defeated. However, even though he kills Igra participants frequently, he neither caries nor collects tags which serves as ones proof as a participant. He formed Igra in order to kill Nano and quell his memories of the first time they met.

…well, I think that’s Akira with Shiki? Iyma never mentioned who they are cosplaying as, but this is my best guess. Thanks again, for sending this, Iyma!

Togainu no Chi: Shiki

I know the cosplayer is Stay, but I don’t know what character she’s cosplaying as in this photo. Katana, leather jacket, leather gloves, crosses, and red eyes… This character seems very interesting and probably has a great story behind him or her.

Anyone have any good guesses?

And we’ve finished another Cosplay Holic Poll! I got 173 votes in total, but all the categories looked pretty close until the very end.

I guess most people prefer cosplays and not “cross-plays”. I will definitely do my best to look for more photos like these (even if the unknown feature today is of Stay cross-playing). Thanks for participating guys! Until the next poll!
