Final Fantasy VIII: Rinoa Heartilly (Amano Yoshitaka Version)

Artist Amano Yoshitaka is known for designing many characters in the Final Fantasy series. His designs are unique as Amano’s art revolves around the medium of printmaking, wherein he carves wood and/or scores copper plates, runs ink, and transfers the ink to paper. In one of Amano’s illustrations entitled “Singing Wings”, he portrays Rinoa Heartilly with blonde hair, a yellow and orange colored attire, and feathered wings in her back.

I certainly wouldn’t mind seeing this version of Rinoa in the games, would you? And this Italian cosplayer, who is appropriately nicknamed Rinoa, makes a stunning cosplay version of Amano’s artwork! Meanwhile, in Japan, they decided to promote “Batman: Arkham Knight” with a commercial of a normal salary man literally becoming Batman.

Normally, I wouldn’t post a video like this, but the manager in the clip actually told the guy to “stop cosplaying” already. And the salary man replies that he’s not cosplaying, that he really is Batman! Haha! It was really amusing, even though I didn’t completely understand the whole clip!

Yami no Matsuei: Kurosaki Hisoka 03

Coming from a tradition-oriented family, Kurosaki Hisoka was trained in traditional Japanese martial arts when he was still living as a human. His parents were afraid of his spiritual powers, and they considered him unfit to be the heir of the Kurosaki household. In truth, his parents were more fearful of the fact that his powers could unfurl the familiar secret, so they locked him up in the cellar whenever they caught him using his empathy.

When Sun Jing first saw Qiu Tong waiting for the bus at the station, she was planning on getting her name and number because thought Qiu Tong was quite cute. However, things did not go according to plan because Sun Jing felt so embarrassed trying to talk to her that she ended up not saying anything at all! This made Qiu Tong’s friend suspicious of Sun Jing and so she decided to ask Qiu Tong to ride and extra stop past their usual station, with the excuse that she had something she wanted to buy.

Tokyo Ghoul: Kamishiro Rize

Before some parts of her body were transplanted into Kaneki Ken, Rize was a powerful, merciless ghoul who wrecked havoc in the 11th ward. She killed all of the ghouls in charge, causing a shift in power and inadvertently attracting Anti Ghoul Investigators to the scene. She is known as the “Binge Eater” and, like Ken, she is said to be quite fond of reading.

Sailor Moon R: Sailor Pluto and Sailor Chibi Moon

Sailor Pluto is one of the Outer Senshi who is unique among all the characters as she is stationed at the Door of Space-Time with the specific duty of forbidding anyone to pass through without permission. Luna once stated that no one is to even know that Sailor Pluto exists, and that to her knowledge, no one has ever seen her. Chibiusa, however, became close friends with Sailor Pluto, and even though Chibiusa stole her time key to travel back to the 20th Century, Sailor Pluto still acts warmly towards Chibiusa as her guardian.

Another: Misaki Mei 02

Initially non-sociable and solitary, Misaki Mei is a quiet girl who appears to dislike having students around her. She even told Sakakibara Kouichi to stay away from her, but as time passed, she became accustomed to his presence and eventually befriended him. She does warn him, however, to be careful since the “curse” may have already begun.

Although feared for being a strict disciplinarian, Hijikata believes that it is his duty to rule with an iron fist as the shadow behind Kondou’s light. He is thoughtful, mature, and takes the Shinsengumi’s welfare to be his personal responsibility. Hijikata can also be described as prideful, as he dislikes accepting help from others believing it makes him appear weak. He does, however, place the survival of the Shinsengumi above honor.

Shingeki no Kyojin Live Action Trailer

What we have here is our first look at the 3D Maneuver Gear for the live action movie of Shingeki no Kyojin. I am cautiously optimistic? But at the same time, I’m not entirely sure that those effects will be convincing enough once it hits theaters.

I initially thought it was Eren kissing Mikasa in 1:28, but it looks like they’re the new characters that were created for this film! Good thing too, because I always viewed Eren and Mikasa as siblings!

Anyway, I’m holding off any and all judgment from this film until I actually see it in a month or two. I’m completely excited, and my Survey Corps jacket is ready and waiting!

Tokyo Ghoul: Kirishima Toka

Kirishima Toka is an eighteen-year-old ghoul from the 20th ward who works as a part-time waitress in Anteiku. She blends in well enough with the human society to attend high school inconspicuously. She is the older sister of Ayato, who disagrees with her views on humanity and left her to join Aogiri.

Oh wow, those “wings” look amazing! I’ve always wondered about these Tokyo Ghoul cosplayers. I mean, do they use large contact lenses to make their eyes black, or is that edited later on?
