Younger sister of Mistress Remilia Scarlet, Flandre is the “dirty little secret” of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She has incredible destructive powers but she has little to no self-control due to her unstable personality. Thus, Remilia has ordered her never to step out of the mansion and she has had no substantive contact with any humans other than Izayoi Sakuya for nearly 500 years.So cute! And so scary at the same time. I love how she’s got the personality down with her awesome cosplay. Thanks again to Ophelia for the photo!
