This anime is quite old, premiering way back in 1994. I wonder if anyone here in Sanriotown knows about this anime? It’s a really cute series, and it makes me wish I had bought the VHS tapes when I had the chance.
Yes, I said VHS. I don’t think there’s a DVD version available. Cute cosplay though!
So I’m guessing this would be an easy guess for those who can read Chinese… Or maybe the title’s Japanese? But I’m pretty sure those are Chinese characters on the upper left.
I thought this is from Saiunkoku Monogotari or Fuushigi Yuugi, being that the costume looks like the traditional Chinese dress, but I can’t be sure now.
Thoughts? Wild Guesses? Translations maybe?

She’s the reincarnation of the only female God Hua-Zheng(婳铮), she was killed at 16 in the family power-struggle and her vengeful soul is suppressed by a mirror. Years later her tomb was disturbed. It is already the time of the next found reincarnation Yong-Qian(咏倩).
It’s also kind of a conspiracy (LOL). The main God Shang-Xuan(尚轩) loves Hua-Zheng(婳铮) deeply and searches for her in her reincarnations in an attempt to resurrect her to her former status. But the reincarnations do live their own life, and in the case of Li-Ying(李盈) Yong-Qian(咏倩) meeting in the same dimension means one of them have to die, and they will vanish when Hua-Zheng(婳铮) is revived.
Ever since I posted Jin’s photo as Ishida Uryuu, there’s been a non-stop debate with regards to Jin’s gender. As for myself, I’ve given up trying to figure it out unless Jin would like to comment and let us all finally know what the truth is.
Either way, this is a really good cosplay of Lahoo and Shall. I never thought people would actually try and cosplay real dolls and succeed so well. Thanks to Tricia Gosingtian and Jin for the wonderful photography!

Not a lot of people know about this OVA. A game was released for Playstation in 1999 entitled “Psychic Force 2012″. Emilio was my favorite character in the game because he was extremely fast and easy to handle.
Anyway, good job on this cosplay! Emilio even has the little diamond they use in the game to cage themselves when they go to battle. Lovely wings too!
In the world they live in, some of the individuals are gifted with magical abilities to manipulate technology. These children are nicknamed “Clovers”, and the number of leaves represent how powerful they are.
To date, Su, the girl in white, is the only one who is a “4-leaf Clover”. Oruha, the woman in black, has only one leaf. They found each other thanks to their music and love for singing.
Pretty impressive detailing, including the wings and microphone. And I love the tattoo on Su’s leg. Awesome work!
Kipi never does fail to impress when it comes to cosplaying. I love how she got Tenma’s hair spot on. Great work as usual! I hope we’ll get to see more of her cosplays soon.
Despite being tomboyish and physically strong, Makoto is actually very gentle and loves to cook and do gardening. One of her signature looks is her rose earrings, which she retains even after transforming into Sailor Jupiter.
A cute and simple cosplay. I really like Makoto’s uniform as compared to the other characters. She does Makoto justice, good job!
I really like the details on the costume here. It looks like the jacket was actually sewn with two different colored materials rather than painted on like most. Flat is really cute too! Good job!
I never thought I’d be posting so many different anonymous cosplays here in this blog. But I’m really curious to know who these cosplayers are and what series they’re cosplaying from.
Her headband reminds me of Naruto, but I don’t remember any ninjas like her. I could be wrong though, since I’m not all that familiar with Naruto.

It’s been a while since I last posted Shibata Ina’s picture. So here’s one of her cosplaying as Karuma Mei from Gyakuten Saiban 2!
Karuma Mei, commonly known as Franziska Von Karma, is a young prosecutor who regards Miles Edgeworth as her little brother, despite their ages. It’s of interesting note that she actually has an older sister who’s married and has a daughter, but the game hasn’t mentioned this just yet.

The reason behind this illness was because Misuzu is actually the reincarnation of Kannabi no Mikoto, the last winged being Yukito’s family had been searching for a thousand years. As is her fate, Misuzu was destined to die young, for containing a cursed soul.
This is such a sad anime, but it is one of my favorites. After all, my first cosplay feature was Tono Miyagi from the same series. Nice job on this! I love the little puppet Yukito is holding too!
