Lucky Star: Hiiragi Tsukasa

Kind-hearted, but a little clumsy, Tsukasa is the younger, fraternal twin sister of Kagami who is in the same class as Konata. She is not very good in academics or sports, but she is very good in cooking. Tsukasa often asks for her sister's help like Konata does when it comes to homework, but if hardly ever makes a difference. She can also be a little slow at times, getting lost in the conversations among the Lucky Star cast.

I think she makes an adorable Tsuakasa. I think this was the time when she, Kagami, and Konata went to a festival. Great work! And thanks to ~MPzero~ for sharing the photo!
