All thanks to this… creepy looking cosplay that I can’t seem to get myself to ignore.Anyone know who this blue-skinned, blue-haired character with rosaries could be? With all those bandages on, I’d think he or she is either unwell, or undead!

It's Yuli from the game Pop'n Music. It seems that he's only sometimes depicted with bandages.
