Are you a Japanese mangaka?

I’m not Japanese, that’s for sure! But yes, I am a mangaka (Japanese-styled comics’ artist) by trade. Aside from my real names, I’m known as the artist “Kurohiko” here in the Philippines. I’m currently working on “KARMA” under Oh No! Manga, “Crystal Shadows” under Studio 4 Eyes, “A Day in the Life of Mei” under Pinoy Jokes + Manga Art, and “I Refuse Rue!” under Imaginarium among many other side projects/stories! Kadaj is said to be the embodiment of Sephiroth’s cruelty and insanity. Although completely devoted to Jenova, Kadaj is insecure that Jenova would “choose” Sephiroth over him. He has a strange personality and has a tendency of bursting into laughter for no apparent reason.

Well, I suppose that only goes to show how crazy Kadaj really is. And despite the small photo, I’m pretty sure this one is Mei Wai. Thanks to again 2chmod for sending this in!

Final Fantasy X-2: Rikku 09

One of the most notable changes in Rikku from Final Fantasy X to Final Fantasy X-2 is the design of her outfit. Although there are many similarities to casual wear in X, her clothing is by far more revealing and her hair is much longer. She has also become one of the main protagonists in X-2.

Final Fantasy VII Advent Children: Tifa Lockhart 04

When Tifa accompanied Marlene to visit Aerith's church in Midgar, they get an unexpected visitor, Loz, who is in search of Jenova's remains. After his confrontation with Tifa, he receives instructions from his cell phone to capture Marlene, thinking she is one of the children infected with Geostigma, and take them to the Forgotten City. Tifa then joins Cloud to stop Kadaj, Yazoo, and Loz from reviving Sephiroth.

Mei Wai is certainly fit for the role of Tifa Lockhart. Wonderful job on Tifa's infamous battle pose! Thanks for sharing this with us!

Kingdom Hearts II: Kairi

Sora’s close friend in the series, Kairi’s memories of Sora slowly return to her in the beginning of the second installment, Kingdom Hearts II. Riku then gives her a keyblade in order to fight against Saïx’s summoned Heartless.

This cosplayer is Mei Wai, the cosplayer of the elves in Lineage II and Bleach’s Hinamori Momo. Impressive as always, don’t you agree?

Bleach: Hinamori Momo

This is probably the one shinigami I really feel sorry for… Hinamori Momo.

And I also keep forgetting to post this..! It’s been in the Bleach Blog for a long time now, and I have asked permission from Rukia to post it already…

And yes, we clarified that this is Mei Wai, the same cosplayer who did Lineage II’s Light Elf and Dark Elf… Makes you wonder if the girl could ever possibly do a bad cosplay (I hope that never happens).

Lineage II: Dark Elf

Normally, I don’t post about the same cosplayer twice… But since Mei Wai posted a nice pair of Elves Cosplays from Lineage II, I thought… Well, why not?

Since the image is a bit small, I’m not entirely sure whether or not Mei Wai’s skin is digitally manipulated or she actually put on some full skin make-up.

Either way, it’s very impressive, and it gives you the feeling of awe.

Great job to Mei Wai! She really knows how to do her cosplays so well!

Lineage II: Light Elf

At first glance… This picture made me doubt whether or not she’s human or computer generated…

Mei Wai is a pretty famous Chinese cosplayer, ad this is a photo that can give you a pretty good idea as to why. Her long limbs and model like figure makes her look so perfect that it’s simply inhuman… or perhaps the perfect term would be… goddess-like!
