A serious young man who never seems to show any kind of emotions, Nanase Haruka is a strong, quiet individual who loves water. In fact, he is so attracted to water that he will swim anywhere and in anything, including a fish tank! He apparently even wears his swimming jammers everywhere.

A fantastic set of cosplayers featuring KSG as Matsuoka Rin, Akito (アキト) as Nanase Haruka, Kitagaoka Shu (北ヶ丘シュウ) as Hazuki Nagisa, and Yumehi (夢妃) as Ryugazaki Rei! Shortly before graduating elementary school, Haruka, Makoto, Nagisa, and Rin participated in a swimming tournament then later parted ways. Years later, a reunion with Rin ends up with a challenge to a swim race, in which Haruka loses. However, not wanting to be defeated so easily, Haruka gathers Makoto and Nagisa, along with a new recruit named Rei to form the Iwatobi High School Swimming Club.

Might be a little too much eyecandy for our female readers, but hey, how could I resist? The cosplayers are Yu(遊) as Haru, Key as Makoto, Shotaro(章太郎) as Rin, Chihiro(ちひろ) as Nagisa, Yutsube(ゆっべぇ) as Rei, and Rinoa Kanzaki(りのあ神崎) as Go! Thanks to Yui for sending this in!

A second year high school student, Nanase Haruka is a quiet and strong person who loves swimming and being in the water. He prefers free-style swimming and has a unique style that captivates many. Although Haru quit competitive swimming in first year middle school, he regained his passion and became vice-captain of his swim club.

A very nice cosplay by King! I’m guessing “Free!” is very popular these days, I keep seeing some news about it in my feeds. I might have to try watching this next. Thanks to Sano for sending this in!
