Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4: Satonaka Chie 03

After encountering her Shadow self, Satonaka Chie received the Persona “Gozen Tomoe”, a muscular female figure wearing a yellow outfit and armed with a naginata. Thanks to her interactions with the protagonist, Seta Souji, Chie discovered that she genuinely wanted to protect Amagi Yukiko without any underlying selfish motivations. Her Persona then evolved into “Suzuka Gongen”, whose yellow jumpsuit turned black and is decked in silver samurai armor. Chie’s desire to protect people eventually inspired her to seek a career as a police officer.

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4: Satonaka Chie 02

An upbeat girl who has an obsession with Kung Fu, Satonaka Chie described to be friendly, cheerful, and energetic, but she also has a short temper. She is best friends with Amagi Yukiko, but is secretly envious of Yukiko’s feminine side and talents. This rings true when Chie entered the TV World and meets her Shadow who represented her jealousy.

A great pose and cosplay of Chie! I think the people in the background are actually the rest of the Persona 4 cast, but I guess Chie was ready to pose before her cast mates were. Thanks again to Andrew for sending this in!

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4: Hanamura Yousuke, Seta Souji, and Shirogane Naoto

Just after Seta Souji’s arrival in Inaba, a TV announcer was found dead hanging among a television antenna. Later, the high school student who made the discovery, Konishi Saki, was also found dead in similar gruesome circumstances. Meanwhile, Souji and his friends accidentally enter TV world where they encounter Teddy and awaken their Persona abilities.

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 Cast

In the fictional town of Inaba, unexplained murders have taken place where the bodies were found dangling among television antennas with the victims dying of unknown causes. A group of high school students followed a rumor stating that watching a switched-off television set will reveal a person’s soul mate. They discovered a fog-shrouded world with monsters called Shadows. They also discovered their Shadow Selves to be their suppressed personalities and confronting them awakened their ability to summon beings known as Personas. Together, they formed an investigative team to find the connection between the TV World and the murders occurring in their town.

Dees and her friends are the characters featured in this cosplay. I’m not familiar with the game, so I’m not sure who’s who. Anyone care to name all the characters in the photo? Thanks to Rivkin for sending this!
