I's: Yoshizuki Iori 04

Born on the 21st of March 1981, Yoshizuki Iori is a beautiful girl who is easy to like and get along with. She is prim, proper, and friendly who has a positive outlook on life. However, after a certain magazine published her swimsuit spread, Iori suddenly finds herself to be the center of unwanted attention. This makes it difficult for her to differentiate whether a person likes her for herself, or her beauty.

I’s: Yoshizuki Iori 03

Wow..! How come all of the the Iori cosplayers are so pretty?

Although… the color of the uniform varies. I’m not sure which color is right anymore, and this one is just… glaringly bright purple. Maybe in the manga it was in this hue?

Anyhow, lovely picture! She really does look like Iori, but I can’t decide among the 3 of them. Can you?

I’s: Isozaki Izumi

For this week, I have a fairly good idea as to where this character is from, thanks to her uniform.

She’s definitely a character from I’s, but I don’t know the series well enough to tell who she is.

I don’t think she’s one of the main characters, but I could be wrong. She’s defintely not Iori because Iori has shorter hair.

Help me out?

Thanks very much to Linkthe1st for suggesting this character is actually Isozaki Izumi from before she had cut her hair in the series! I think it’s highly probable, unless this girl just felt like cosplaying and decided to wear I’s school uniform.

While I was looking through my old files, I came upon another picture of Iori. At first, I thought it was the same girl as before, but now, I’m not really so sure…

I’m really bad at recognizing faces… Quite honestly, when I meet someone new, it takes me about a week before I match the name with the face… Haha, yes, it is that bad!

Anyway, before I make myself a laughing stock of this community (again), it seems another debate will follow… Which Iori is better? This one on the post, or the previous one I shared back in July?

Personally, I like them both… Both cosplayers have similar features… And I think both look like Yoshizuki Iori… That’s the versatility of anime and manga I guess…

I’s: Yoshizuki Iori

Yoshizuki Iori from the I’s Manga is a 16-year-old, friendly girl who is easy to get along with. In the beginning of the series, her usual, positive outlook on life is changed drastically when she becomes famous thanks to a swimsuit magazine spread.

Now she has no idea whether guys like her because she is herself, or because of her beauty.

And what a gorgeous cosplayer this is… She really does look like Iori from I’s.

I remember finding this picture from Anime Illusions, but I can’t find it anymore today… Kind of sad, really.
