Lineage II: Dark Elf – Blade Dancer

Blade Dancers are known to use dual swords and for their ability to raise the stats of their party members by dancing. The Dance of the Warrior raises their party members’ attack power while the Dance of Fire raises the critical damage. At higher levels, Blade Dancers can become Spectral Dancers and call forth a storm of death and destruction through their dances of dual swords.

Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon ~ Un Nouveau Voyage ~

The musical stage play of Sailor Moon, “Un Nouneau Voyage”, will be running from September 18th to September 25th and from October 2nd to October 4th in Japan this 2015. The story follows the manga’s Infinity Arc, focusing on Tomoe Souichi and his daughter, Tomoe Hotaru.

The main cast includes:

Alichino: Myobi

Myobi is an Alichino, a beautiful demon who is said to offer wishes to those who are desperate to receive them. In order to be granted, however, one must offer his soul to the Alichino. Thus, the Kusabi are born with the ability to kill the Alichino so that a balance could be maintained. But if the Alichino are killed, then no wishes will be granted. Does humanity really wish to be saved?

Harukanaru Toki no Naka de - Hachiyou Shou: Abe no Yasuaki 02

It was later revealed in the series that Abe no Yauaki is actually an artificial human created by the famous sorcerer, Abe no Seimei, by combining his “yin” to his wife’s “yang”. As such, there was something lacking in Yasuaki, and Seimei placed a charm on his face to compensate for this. Because he lacks emotions of his own, he is highly sensitive to the Priestess Akane’s thoughts and emotional state. On one occasion, Yasuaki shed tears with a blank face when Akane became very upset.

Japanese cosplayer Ichiha (イチハ) makes a lovely Yasuaki, don’t you you think? I managed to find most of the books from this series, I’m just lacking the earlier volumes now! But I really love the artwork on the manga. Maybe I should pick up the anime too.

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni: Sonozaki Shion

Although she appears to be more refined and feminine than her younger, twin sister, Mion, Shion is actually incredibly shrewd and manipulative. She hated attending St. Lucia’s Boarding School, and escaped with the help of the Sonozaki Family’s bodyguard, Kasai Tasuyoshi. Shion works as a waitress at the Angel Mort and is also the manager’s assistant for the Hinamizawa Fighters little league team.

Kuroshitsuji 3rd Musical: Lycoris that Blazes the Earth

A musical adaptation of popular anime and manga series, Kuroshitsuji – Lycoris that Blazes the Earth, will be performing at the Umeda Arts Theater Main Hall in Osaka from November 7 to 10, at Natori Performing Arts Center in Miyagi from November 14 to 15, at Akasaka ACT Theater in Tokyo from November 21 to 29, and at Canal City Theater in Fukuoka from December 4 to 6.

It will also make its way to China at the Shanghai Art Theatre on December 11 to 13, at Beijing Exhibition Center Theater on the 18th to the 20th, and at Shenzhen Poly Theater on from the 25th to the 27th.

This adaptation follows the manga’s popular “Jack the Ripper” arc and will have the following cast:

• Matsushita Yuya as Sebastian Michaelis
• Fukuzaki Nayuta as Ciel Phantomhive
• Uehara Takuya as Grell Sutcliff
• Ota Motohiro as Charles Grey
• Terasaki Yuka as Meirin
• Izumi Shuhei as the Undertaker

I very much like the overall look of the cast members of this musical! Although, I still find musical adaptations to be a little strange, it apparently has a good fan base as this is already the 3rd musical, and it will be making its way to China!

The Prince of Tennis: Echizen Ryoma 04

Ryoma is an all-court tennis player with many special shots and abilities. He can even learn new techniques after seeing them performed a few times. Along with fellow Seigaku player, Kikumaru Eiji, Ryoma is also known to have exceptional talent for seeing moving objects.

One of his weaknesses, however, is the inability to play doubles. He did try it once with his teammate, Momoshiro Takeshi, but after seeing how bad he was at it, Coach Ryuzaki placed him in the S3 (Singles 3) or S2 (Singles 2) position.

Wow, this photo is fairly old, but he really looks a lot like Ryoma, doesn’t he? Or she?

Spice and Wolf: Holo 02

A wolf harvest deity, Holo is described to be smart and confident, even though the latter is mostly seen around her traveling companion, Kraft Lawrence. Although appearing to be flirtatious and manipulative towards him, Holo has a deep fear of being alone, and thus nurtures strong affection towards him. She is a bit of an alcoholic and a glutton, possibly due to the fact that she is actually a wolf who needs ample amounts of nutrition.

Isn’t she adorable? I tried to find out who the cosplayer is, but to no avail! Hopefully someone will recognize her! Thanks to George for sending this in!

RG Veda: Ashura

Ashura is known as the “true Ashura”, a merciless god of war who wishes to destroy Heaven, Earth, and Hell. His power was sealed away, even distributed among the Six Stars in order to keep his destiny from coming into fruition. Ashura was born genderless as a result of his father, Ashura-O’s sin, and therefore cannot continue the royal line of the Ashura which Ashura-O desperately wished to preserve.

Oh wow, the details of this cosplay is amazing! And I didn’t know Ashura was genderless, but he appeared in Tsubasa – Reservoir Chronicle as female, right? Thanks to Xitin for sharing this!

Jormungand: Koko Hekmatyar

The daughter of shipping magnate, Floyd Hekmatyar, Koko is an arms dealer and a member of HCLI’s Europe/African Weapons Transport Division. She is a largely enigmatic character who rarely reveals her true state of mind to anyone. Although she may act immaturely towards her subordinates, she is able to rebound quickly and regain her composure. Koko and her older brother, Kasper, are very similar in appearance, even though they are not twins.

Naruto: Shippuden: Pain, Konan, Deidara, and Sasori

The original founder of the Akatsuki, Yahiko, entrusted the pursuit of peace to his childhood friend, Nagato. In his grief over his friend’s death, Nagato came to believe that the world would never willingly consent to peace and that the Akatsuki’s previous pacifist approaches were futile. Instead, Nagato concluded that the world needed to experience catastrophic death and destruction so that it could never again stomach the idea of conflict. He then formed the “Six Paths of Pain”, integrating Yahiko’s corpse so that he could symbolically continue leading the Akatsuki.

Quite an impressive cosplay group! I only noticed one minor detail here: Isn’t Konan’s flower supposed to be on the other side of her head? Other than that though, the effects and composition is really good! Thank to Jason for sending this in!
