Zootopia: Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde 02

Although she was assigning to parking duty by Chief Bogo, Judy abandoned her shift in order to arrest Duke Weaselton, a thief who stole what appeared to be onion bulbs. Because of this, Judy was once again reprimanded by Bogo.

Mrs. Otterton then arrived in Bogo’s office, pleading for someone to find her missing husband and Judy immediately volunteered! Bogo reluctantly agreed, giving Judy 48 hours on the condition that she resigns if she fails this assignment.

I’m still a fan of this pairing even though we pretty much figured out that Kaname is practically Yuuki’s grandfather! I just feel like Kaname has been tortured enough as it is, why can’t he find the happiness he so desperately desires?

Unknown Cosplay #158

After nearly a year, we now have another entry for the Unknown Section! Could it be a cause for a celebration, or maybe evidence of the admin’s laziness/incompetence?

This is undoubtedly stayxxx, but I don’t know who she is cosplaying as! I want to say it’s Yatogami Kuro from K Project, or maybe Saito Hajime from Hakuoki, but that gash on her forehead is making me doubt it’s one or the other! Perhaps you guys have a better idea who the character might be? Thanks to hoang hieu bang for sharing this!

Their Story: Qiu Tong and Sun Jing

When Sun Jing first saw Qiu Tong waiting for the bus at the station, she was planning on getting her name and number because thought Qiu Tong was quite cute. However, things did not go according to plan because Sun Jing felt so embarrassed trying to talk to her that she ended up not saying anything at all! This made Qiu Tong’s friend suspicious of Sun Jing and so she decided to ask Qiu Tong to ride and extra stop past their usual station, with the excuse that she had something she wanted to buy.

Tower of Saviors: Felix the Cat Duke

Tower of Saviors is a mobile game that uses a combination of match 3 and RPG game play developed by a Hong Kong-based developer known as Mad Head Limited. In the US, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia iOS markets, the game is published as War of Dragons by mobile game firm, Storm8.

A bunch of game information is available for Felix the Cat Duke’s card on the ToS wiki… none of which really makes sense to me since I haven’t played the game yet, but if you want to see this cute video of Stay playing with her cat paw, head on over to her Facebook Page. Kaichou wa Maid-sama!: Usui Takumi and Ayuzawa Misaki

The most popular boy at Seika High, Usui Takumi is extraordinarily talented in many fields, including cooking, playing the violin, chess, and even table etiquette. However, he doesn’t really show much interest in anything and prefers to stay in the background as an observer. Misaki often calls Usui a “perverted outer-space alien” because he somehow managed to survive jumping off their school roof and into the swimming pool… and he always tells her that he loves her.

As you guys may have already guessed, I was a little busy for the past couple of days, but now I will try to play catch up and make up for lost updates! Let’s see if I can manage somehow! In any case, doesn’t Stay look amazing as Usui?

Uta no Prince-sama: Camus 02

Hailing from the Kingdom of Permafrost, Camus appears to have two different personalities depending if he’s on or off screen. To his fans, he is charismatic, graceful, and courteous. However, his true self appears to cold and callous and is loyal only to the Silk Queen.

Stay is probably one of the cosplayers I idolize and really hope to meet one day! I think she’s a really nice person from her blog entries before, but I don’t think she blogs anymore, which is sad. Lamento: Beyond the Void: Rai

A bounty hunter who carries two swords, Rai is a silver-haired cat who wears a patch over his right eye. He is known to have a calm but arrogant personality, and is strict towards both himself and others.

I unfortunately know nothing else about the character aside from that. There’s not much to go on with this series, so I’ll trust Sapphirus’ information for now. I do know that the cosplayer is Stay though! Thanks again to Lily for sending this in!

Macross Frontier: Saotome Alto

A high school student in the Mihoshi Academy Pilot Training course, Alto Saotome is often mistaken for a girl at first glance because of his long hair and fine features.  He was even give the nickname “Hime” which means “Princess”. His good looks were revealed to have been inherited from his late mother, Miyo Saotome, who was said to be a considerable beauty.

I think the cosplayer is Stay, but the photo isn’t big enough for me to confirm. Not to mention the fact that I’m not very good with faces! Thanks to Danielle for sending this in!

Vampire Knight: Kuran Kaname, Yuki Cross, and Kiryuu Zero

This looks like the cover of the Vampire Knight Official Fanbook, although Yuki and Zero were in their Day Class uniforms there. I’m pretty sure that Kaname is cosplayed by Stay since I featured her as Kaname before, but I don’t know the cosplayers she’s with. Probably good friends of hers right? Still such an amazing group though and so in character! Thanks to Pandora for sending this in!

Trinity Blood: Cain Nightroad and Dietrich von Lohengrin

In the manga, Cain Nightroad seems to be very concerned for Abel Nightroad’s well being for reasons unknown. He showed great happiness when he was told by Isaak Fernand von Kämpfer that Abel is well after his confrontation with Dietrich von Lohengrin in the Byzantium nuclear launch facility. Deitrich did mention during the fight that “a certain someone” would be furious if her were to kill Abel.

I guess we’ll never know the real ending for the series, seeing the original novelist, Yoshida Sunao, passed away before he could write the ending. Such a shame. Awesome cosplay by Stay as Cain, but I unfortunately don’t know who is with her. Thanks again to Ophelia for sending this in!

Togainu no Chi: Shiki

I know the cosplayer is Stay, but I don’t know what character she’s cosplaying as in this photo. Katana, leather jacket, leather gloves, crosses, and red eyes… This character seems very interesting and probably has a great story behind him or her.

Anyone have any good guesses?

And we’ve finished another Cosplay Holic Poll! I got 173 votes in total, but all the categories looked pretty close until the very end.

Oh, hello there.

I think people may have noticed I had to take down the shoutbox for a while. My site was getting a virus alert and I think someone may have left it there.

Also, I have noticed a lot of people are fighting in my comments lately, and saying unappropriate things. Which is sad when my shoutbox has a lot of good comments.

Loveless: Agatsuma Soubi 05

I had no idea this anime / manga was so popular. Particularly, Soubi.

You might recognize her as Stay, whom I had featured before as Kuran Kaname from Vampire Knight. I particularly love the way Stay’s wig looks so natural in this picture.

I suppose I can shut up about who Soubi is, since this is his 5th entry, am I right?

Death Note: Ryuzaki L. Lawliet

L. Lawliet is an extremely meticulous and analytical detective who tends to pursue cases out of his own interest than justice. He has several aliases including Ryuga Hideki, Ryuzaki, Eraldo Coil (the second best detective in the word), and Deneuve (the third best detective in the world). His doesn’t seem to care about his appearance, but he has a tendency to handle any object delicately.

Pretty convincing cosplay of this mysterious detective. I like his eyes, even though he looks pretty creepy in this picture. And I think I need to find more Death Note cosplays. 8)

Vampire Knight: Kuran Kaname

The noble, pure blooded vampire whom everyone fears and respects, Kuran Kaname is the President of the Night Class which consists of vampires from different family lines. He is shown to be cold towards his fellow vampires, and yet kind and gentle to the girl he saved one snowy evening… Yuki Cross.

Revealing the reason behind that would spoil the series for everyone, so let’s leave it at that.

One of my blog readers named Elisabeth sent me an email one day and told me about Stay, a Chinese cosplayer with amazing costumes featured in her blog. This is one of my favorites from her collection so far, and I hope she uploads more pictures soon! Pay a visit to Stay’s blog, I’m sure it’s worth the while. Thanks Elisabeth!

Yami no Matsuei: Kazutaka Muraki

Yami no Matsuei or the Descendants of Darkness’ main antagonist, Kazutaka Muraki is a brilliant doctor who laments over losing the lives of his patients… as a cover to the fact that he’s actually a psychotic serial killer who plays with spirits, curses, and the dead.

Do you realize now why I’m so fascinated with him?

And what a brilliant photo this is! With the roses, it looks like he is meeting with Tsuzuki, his “prey”. I love the hair and his trench coat too! Fantastic cosplay!

Trinity Blood: Cain Nightroad

The elder twin brother of Abel Nightroad and the main Antagonist of the story, Cain is the oldest of the Test Tube Babies who was once the beloved leader of the Mars Colonization project.

Because of an accident, his younger brother Seth injected him with Crusnik nanomachines, a sort of vaccine that turns normal humans into vampires that feed on the blood of other vampires. This saved Cain’s life, but it also drew him into insanity. His decision to support the Vampire Returners and to murder prototype Lilith Sahl angered Abel and Seth, killing Cain in the process. But it seems even turning Cain’s Crusnik body into ashes is still not enough to stop him, as he is able to regenerate later on in the series.

This is a most impressive cosplay of Cain! It’s rather controversial that Cain looks angelic and Abel looks demonic, when the two of them play opposite roles! But you really have to love the details of his armor!
