Constantine: Gabriel

After exorcising a girl possessed by a demon soldier trying to break through to Earth, John Constantine seeks an audience with the androgynous half-breed angel Gabriel. John asked Gabriel to heal him of his lung cancer, but Gabriel declines, telling John that his motives for exorcising demons are selfish and that it will not grant him entry into Heaven. It is later revealed that Gabriel laments God’s favoritism towards humans and planned to release Lucifer’s son, Mammon, let him claim Earth as his own kingdom.

07-Ghost: Teito Klein

Later revealed to be the son of Weldeschtein Krom Raggs, Teito Klein is actually the prince of the former Raggs Kingdom, Wahrheit Tiashe Raggs.

After he was entrusted with the Eye of Mikhail during the invasion by the Barsburg Empire, Teito was hidden away and raised by his uncle, Fea Kreuz, as a church orphan. Unfortunately, when Kreuz passed away, Teito was made into a combat slave. He eventually entered the Barsburg military academy and became known as a star pupil.

Loveless: Agatsuma Soubi and Aoyagi Seimei

Although Ritsuka believed that his brother, Seimei to be a kind, gentle, and loving person, it was later revealed in the series that he had a violent personality, or destructive behavior at the very least. When Seimei reappeared in Septimal Moon, he attacked Ritsu and left him blind after having a short conversation about Soubi. Later that same evening, he wrote a haunting message saying “Ritsuka, I’m back,” on the wall using Ritsu’s blood.

Some suggestions have been made in the series that Seimei possesses greater powers than any normal sacrifice. Soubi is known to be almost afraid and spiteful of Seimei, and described his former “master” to be inhuman.

Umineko no Naku Koro ni: Asmodeus

The representation of the demon Asmodeus and the corresponding sin of Lust, Asmodeus is the youngest of the Stakes of Purgatory. She is based on the servant Asune, and wants to fall in love, going as far as sacrificing her life for the sake of her wish. Because of her age, she is treated with affection by everyone, but is not taken seriously among the sisters.
