Devil May Cry / Black★Rock Shooter: Dante and Black Rock Shooter

Now here’s an epic crossover you don’t get to see everyday.

Cosplay couple Dante from Devil May Cry and Black Rock Shooter were spotted last Otakuthon 2012 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal - Montreal Convention Center (I say couple because of this other photo but correct me if I’m wrong).

A friend of mine, Satty, was one of the attendees at the convention, and he took a ton of photos. You might want to check out his Otakuthon album if you were one of the cosplayers at the con.

It looked like a pretty big convention. I wish I was there too.

Devil May Cry: Dante

Early in the series, Dante is considered to be incredibly flippant, mouthing off to even the most powerful of demons and generally rubbing people the wrong way. Although he matures as the series progresses, he never really loses his attitude. Dante shows no fear and rarely gives any seriousness in his work, always having a witty taunt or comeback on hand.

I’m guessing the girls will be especially happy with today’s feature. I know I am! Thanks to Julia for sending this in!

Devil May Cry: Lady

A human devil hunter whom Dante owes a huge amount of debt to, Lady often cons Dante into picking up a job, only to take most, if not all of the job's pay. She is a descendant of the Priestess who's blood is said Sprada used to seal the gate between the human and demon world.

Awesome cosplay. She really looks like Lady, and she has a lof of impressively detailed accessories too. Great work!
