Sailor Moon S: Tenou Haruka

Although Haruka is female, she is known to use her androgynous appearance to complicate the perception of her gender. In her first appearance in the series, she is dressed similar to Tuxedo Mask instead of a Sailor Soldier (although this form is never discussed again). She is also extremely flirtatious and loves to tease pretty girls. However, when it comes to her relationship to Michiru, Haruka’s boldness becomes that of protectiveness, as she finds it impolite to discuss romantic matters in public.

Sailor Moon: Kumada Yuuichirou

In his first appearance, Kumada Yuuichirou was sleeping on the steps in front of Hikawa Shrine. He fell in love with Hino Rei at first sight and begged her grandfather to allow him to become an apprentice at the shrine. Rei’s grandfather trained Yuuichirou vigorously and he continued to work hard in order to become a better version of himself.

I never thought anyone would be interested into cosplaying this character! I loved Yuuichirou very much, and thought he would be a perfect match for Rei, but since he’s an anime-only character, I guess that could only happen in fan fiction! Fisheye Placebo: Frey 02

Frey is shown to be a rather intelligent individual. He appears to have a manipulative side to him shown when he toys with Vance during their internet chat when he pretended to be Robin, and again when he confronts Vance as an agent. Frey is cunning, observant, and appears to hold philosophical standpoints, shown during the conversation when he calls Vance a "Man in sheep's clothing."

The heiress of the Schnee Dust Company, Weiss Schnee is the wielder of the espada ropera, Myrtenaster, which channels the energy of Dust to create powerful spells. She is cold and demeaning towards others, and she initially does not get along well with Ruby, but their relationship takes a turn for the better after the Professor advised her to be the best person that she could be. Weiss does, however, still have a tendency to insult Ruby whenever she makes mistakes.

Defense Devil: Elimona

A fallen angel from Heaven, Elimona runs a store in Event Horizon, the land between the real and demon worlds. She often cosplays and tries to seduce Bchuler and Kucabara, much to their chagrin, but she is also often turned to for help or advice. She later revealed to Idamaria that she wanted to destroy the demon world by releasing the goddess Lilith.

Shingeki no Kyojin: Sasha Blouse and Connie Springer

As part of the 104th Trainees Squad, Sasha Blouse and Connie Springer were required to practice hand-to-hand combat as part of their training. Many of the trainees did not see the point in learning martial arts when they were supposed to be fighting against titans, not humans. It would appear that Sasha and Connie felt the same way, as they were seen goofing around instead of sparring seriously.

Aren’t they adorable? I distinctly remember this scene from the anime… I really loved how these two characters could still find ways to take it easy, despite the ever-looming fear of titans devouring them. Tokyo Ghoul: Uta

A “ghoul” or human-like creature who hunts and devours human flesh, Uta owns the Hysy ArtMask Studio in the 4th Ward. Despite his appearance, he is said to be a calm ghoul who speaks kindly and makes masks for both ghouls and human customers alike. Although he is friends with Yomo Renji, he used to get into a lot of fights with him which caused the 4th ward to become uninhabitable.

Noblesse: Takeo

A former member of the Union’s special forces, Takeo is a modified human who is an excellent sniper of the DA-5. Unlike the other members of his team, Takeo was tricked into working for the Union by Dr. Aris as she pretended to be his sister who was being held captive by the Union. He eventually finds out the truth and decides to switch sides along with Tao, pledging loyalty to Cadis Etrama Di Raizel and Frankenstein.

Noblesse: Frankenstein

A brilliant scientist with unparalleled knowledge, Frankenstein is the devoted servant of the Noblesse, Cadis Etrama Di Raizel. He is extremely organized, and hates messiness to the point of obsession. He shares his master’s compassion towards humans but can be sadistic and reckless in battle.

Recently, I’ve been reading a webcomic called “Noblesse” and I have to say, the story is well-written and the art is quite stunning. It’s no surprise that a lot of cosplayers have portrayed their favorite characters from the series, and Russian cosplayer, DioEraclea is one of them. I think she is one of the best looking Frankenstein I have seen so far, so please give her your support by visiting her Deviant Art Gallery!

Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion: Kururugi Suzaku 06

Although Suzaku does not possess a Geass like Lelouch, he does have near-superhuman physical abilities. In episode 16 of the first season, Suzaku managed to destroy a ceiling-mounted remote machine gun by running up a wall and kicking it. However, one must consider that the said gun’s motion tracker had a lag time of only 0.05 seconds! He could also dodge machine gun fire from Knightmares on multiple occasions. In the light novels, a 10-year-old Suzaku was able to defeat several adult men with a wooden training sword used in Kendo.

DRAMAtical Murder: Koujaku

Strong-willed and compassionate, Koujaku is usually kind to everyone he meets, except for Mink and Noiz. Although he is described to be quite gentle in nature, Koujaku secretly harbors deep anger and self-loathing after killing his mother unintentionally. To hide this side of him, he tries his best to keep a positive front, and stays close to Aoba as much as possible.
