LovePlus / Arakawa Under the Bridge: Takane Manaka and Nino

Alright guys, here’s another “unknown” for you, because I’ve given up trying to figure this one out.

I know the girl on the left is Takane Manaka from LovePlus, but as for the other girl(?) beside her, I’m about as clueless as it gets. There’s not a lot of information with regards to this game, so she might be a minor character unlisted in wikipedia. Then again, she could just as easily be from a completely different series.

So how about it? Any ideas? Thanks to Yuri for sending this!

LovePlus: Takane Manaka 03

By default, Takane Manaka is a dutiful girl who can be a little stubborn. It would depend on how you play the game whether or not Manaka eventually warms up to you. Be very careful though, because she is the “unattainable flower” of the game, so expect a lot of challenges up ahead!

This cosplayer looks like she is quite an unattainable flower herself! Summer Comiket 2011 looks like a photographer’s paradise with all these amazing photos. Thanks again to 4chanatic for sending this!

LovePlus: Takane Manaka 02

Manaka is a very sheltered daughter of Doctor Takane, a physician known to possess advanced levels in both judo and kendo. She’s had a proper upbringing and excels both in her studies and tennis. Although she is a vision of perfection to most people, she lacks experience in what is considered to be common skills such as ordering and eating a hamburger combo, going out with friends, and watching TV.

Beautiful Manaka by Kipi! She looks absolutely stunning as the “unattainable goal” and I’d bet some of her fans consider her to be very similar to Manaka too! Thanks to Yuri for suggesting this!

LovePlus: Kobayakawa Rinko and Anegasaki Nene

Rinko is the youngest of the three girls featured in LovePlus. She is in her first year of high school and is usually alone reading or listening to punk music.

Nene, on the other hand, is the eldest, as she is on her third year, and the most mature. She is very reliable and her hobbies include watching horror films and doing housework.

They’re so cute, but I wish they had also posed with Manaka just to complete all three. Thanks to Niso-Niso for sending this!

LovePlus: Takane Manaka

One of the three girls you can court in the dating sim game LovePlus, Takane Manaka is known as “Takane no Hana” which means “mountaintop flower” or the “unattainable goal”. She is the ace of the female tennis club, but also enjoys playing the piano in her spare time. She also likes making pastries and is very dedicated to her studies.

She’s so cute! I wonder if the fans who attended Comiket 2010 tried the same techniques they used in the game to ask her out? Thanks again to Umbridge for this contribution!

And I see another Makinami Mari Illustrious cosplayer in the background. I wonder if she’s the same cosplayer that I featured before?
