DRAMAtical Murder: Seragaki Aoba

dramatical murder cosplay - seragaki aoba by ichihaSeragaki Aoba is a calm and caring individual who often smiles and helps others in any way that he can. Although he is kind, he does not allow others to take advantage of his kindness and knows when to stand up for himself. He is also unafraid of showing his true feelings even if he doesn’t know the other person very well. Aoba has strong leadership skills, often suggesting methods to their plans and asking questions as a precaution on whether something will succeed or not.

Japanese cosplayer Ichiha (イチハ) makes quite an impressive Aoba, doesn’t she? You guys might remember her as she also cosplayed Abe no Yasuaki from Harukanaru Toki no Naka de - Hachiyou Shou! She has an amazing album of cosplays in her Archive, and a really charming blog too, so please be sure to support her! Thanks to Andrea for sending this in!

Harukanaru Toki no Naka de - Hachiyou Shou: Abe no Yasuaki 02

harukanaru toki no naka de - hachiyou shou cosplay - abe no yasuaki by ichiha

It was later revealed in the series that Abe no Yauaki is actually an artificial human created by the famous sorcerer, Abe no Seimei, by combining his “yin” to his wife’s “yang”. As such, there was something lacking in Yasuaki, and Seimei placed a charm on his face to compensate for this. Because he lacks emotions of his own, he is highly sensitive to the Priestess Akane’s thoughts and emotional state. On one occasion, Yasuaki shed tears with a blank face when Akane became very upset.

Japanese cosplayer Ichiha (イチハ) makes a lovely Yasuaki, don’t you you think? I managed to find most of the books from this series, I’m just lacking the earlier volumes now! But I really love the artwork on the manga. Maybe I should pick up the anime too.

Please visit Ichiha’s Archive and Blog for more of her photos! Thanks to Justine for sending this in!
