Inspired by Rozen Maiden and Alice in Wonderland, Karen Tsui has worked together with photographer Andrew Simpson to create a fantastic looking original character that I just couldn’t wait to feature!

Andrew has informed me that this was shot in August 2011 in Richmond Park, London, England. Karen is a part-time professional model based in London who loves getting into character and dressing up!

Raks Geek: Bellydancing TARDIS with a Lightsaber

Fate/Extra: Saber and Super Sarah G.

It might be a little early for our weekly Unknown Feature, but this is a crossover anyway and I thought this photo needed to be featured as soon as possible.

This was taken by Kira Hokuten during the Philippine Toy Convention 2012. I know Alodia Gosiengfiao is cosplaying Fate/Extra’s Saber, but I’m not sure who Sarah Geronimo is cosplaying as. It’s funny that from this angle, they look like sisters! I thought this was a photo of Alodia and Ashley at first until I read the description on Facebook.

My best guess is that she’s Sakagami Tomoyo from Clannad because of the hairstyle, but I don’t remember ever seeing her in a white dress like this. Could this be her wedding dress from the game?

She could also be Chi from Chobits, but that’s a long shot because she’s missing that essential earpiece.

I’ve been getting a lot of requests for more of Rachel’s photos, so I decided to post this one as well. :)

Alice in Wonderland: The White Rabbit

The White Rabbit is a fictional character in Lewis Caroll’s book, “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”, which is also known in films as “Alice in Wonderland.” He is a herald-like servant of the King and Queen of Hearts in Wonderland, but his personality shifts between being pompous and obsequious.

Akusesu’s interpretation of the White Rabbit is absolutely breath-taking! I should have featured this during the Chinese New Year’s celebration as we are on the Year of the Rabbit this 2011. Thanks again to Cherry for sending this in!

Kingdom Hearts: Kairi 02

Originally a resident of Radient Garden, Kairi encountered Aqua and Mickey at the young age of five. This was because the light in her heart made her a target of the Unversed. She was sent to Destiny Island some time later when Xehanort performed a gruesome experiment; he forced all six apprentices of Ansem the Wise to rip their hearts out which caused them to be invaded by darkness.

Cosplayer *Shiya is the cosplayer and designer of this unique version of Kairi. She has named it "Broken love Halloween Kairi" and Muze is her photographer. Thanks to Dahanna for sending this in!

Original: "Human with Feathers"

I’ve been wondering about this cosplay for quite some time, and yet I still have no idea who she is or where she’s from.

I had initially thought she could be an angel from Angel Sanctuary, or maybe from a series known as D.N.Angel. But I can’t find any anime images of angels that look like her.

Anyone have any ideas?

Kaya took the elements she loved and put them together for this private photo shoot. From what I can understand, this is not really an angel to her, but more like a simple person born with wings. Very beautifully done, wouldn't you agree? Thanks also to Ayaki for the wonderful photography!
