Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt: Stocking Anarchy

Stocking is said to be more intelligent and responsible than her older sister, Panty. She has a gluttonous appetite for sweets and does not eat spicy food. She is often seen carrying a plush cat named Honekoneko whose expressions match Stocking’s mood. Her stockings transform into a pair of swords known as Stripes I & II.

Beautiful cosplay and quite an interesting series. I think how she managed to create that wig is probably the best part about this cosplay. Thanks to MPZero for the awesome photography work and to Alice for sending this!

Takai Sayaka and Kannazuki Akihiko worked in a restaurant chain known as Pia Carrot. They are both interested in one another but before either of them could make a move, Sayaka was temporarily assigned to work in the newly established branch at a beach resort. Despite being far apart, Sayaka’s feeling remain true for Akihiko, but does he feel the same way about her?

Bakemonogatari: Hachikuji Mayoi

I hope she's not a real school girl who got lost and ended up in Comiket or something like that.

She actually reminds me of Chibi Usa from Sailor Moon. I think she first appeared in the second season and she attended school during that time. This can’t be her though, because Chibi Usa’s hair is pink!

Vocaloid 2: Hatsune “Snow” Miku

The blue and silver “Snow Miku” was originally a figure to commemorate the snow sculpture created for the 61st Sapporo Snow Festival in Japan. Now it’s also a cosplay endeavor by many fans with amazing results!

Death Note: Ryuk

Bored with the activities of the Shinigami Realm, Ryuk obtained a second Death Note and dropped it in the Human Realm in hopes of amusing himself. He deliberately wrote instructions on the front page so that people would understand its purpose. When Yagami Light stumbled upon the Death Note, Ryuk began following him around to see how Light intended to use it.

Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion: Kururugi Suzaku and Lelouch Lamperouge 02

Two months after Lelouch Lamperouge is declared the Ruler of the World, Lelouch arranged for the public execution of the Black Knight Leaders and the U.F.N. Representatives. Before he could do so, however, Zero interrupted him and stabbed him in the stomach. The Zero who killed Lelouch was actually Kururugi Suzaku, and his final act was the culmination of Zero Requiem, just as they had planned. Lelouch gave Suzaku one final order: to disregard his old identity and play the role of Zero for the rest of his life. Thus, a new world was created.

Togainu no Chi: Shiki and Akira

When Akira was falsely accused of a crime, a mysterious woman offers him his freedom in exchange for participating in the deadly game known as Igra. Akira must defeat Igra’s strongest man, the king or Il-re if he wishes to remain a free man.

Shiki is the Il-re who has never been defeated. However, even though he kills Igra participants frequently, he neither caries nor collects tags which serves as ones proof as a participant. He formed Igra in order to kill Nano and quell his memories of the first time they met.

Gundam Seed Destiny: Meer Campbell 05

Although she did not hide her true identity from Athrun Zala when they first met, Meer Campbell enjoys living as Lacus Clyne and refused to escape with Athrun when he defected knowing she would be exposed as a fake. Once Meer was exposed, however, she tried to lure the real Lacus out of hiding and have her assassinated as suggested by her bodyguard so that she would become the real Lacus Clyne. Meer dies shortly after their meeting as she had a change of heart when Lacus encouraged her to live as herself.

Beautiful Meer! And definitely very much like the real character! I love her pose and those cute sandals, even if they’re not the same as the original design. Thanks to Perioth for emailing this!

Kuroshitsuji II: Alois Trancy

Earl Alois Trancy has a tendency to shift from being a carefree and happy child to a morbid and manipulative individual. Like Ciel Phantomhive, he has formed a contract with a demon known as Claude Faustus. However, that is where their similarities end; as Ciel thinks of Sebastian Michaelis as his Knight/Servant, Alois is completely dependent on Claude.

I did not like the second season of Kuroshitsuji very much, but I do love how this cosplay turned out. Thanks to Flight for suggesting to feature *juunana of Deviant Art!

It's beginning to become very depressing that I have so many unknown cosplays in Cosplay Holic. Maybe I should fly to Japan and stay there for a while to get myself up-to-date.
