Balder Hringhorni is the Norse God of Light who is described to be a cheerful, yet somewhat clumsy god. He cannot be harmed as his mother Frigg made a pact with all objects on earth not to harm him, with the exception of mistletoes. He has been friends with Thor Megingjard and Loki Laevatein ever since they were children.

Fisheye Placebo: Frey

Frey is a hacker and a student at Stuxent University that works with Robin and has succeeded in hacking Solar Eye's database. It is implied that Frey isn't his real name.

He is first shown in the second comic of Fisheye Placebo. He was with Robin discussing about Vance Lee and planning to pretend to be Robin to figure out whether or not Vance was a spy. After an embarrassing personal messaging stint, he concludes Vance is only a minor setback.

You all probably know I have a weakness to violins, am I right? Well, I also have a weakness for the artist, Yuumei, so seeing this cosplay of one of her characters by Ted Bin gave me all the excited feels~!

Loveless: Agatsuma Soubi 12

According to GoBoiano, Loveless manga is finally set to resume this fall!

Not a lot of details have been given at this point, but Mangaka Kouga Yun has stated that she expects there will only be two or three volumes left to complete the series.

I bet the fans are going to be excited to read the final chapters! Loveless started way back in 2001, so it must be such a long wait to finally receive the ending. Thanks to Chet for writing about this, and to Mika for sending in Chinese cosplayer, Cookie’s cosplay of Agatsuma Soubi!

Shingeki no Kyojin: Levi Ackerman 07

Although Levi is known to be unapproachable and cold, he places great value on preserving human life. He once stated that he hates having unnecessary casualties and advised his subordinates to use their judgment properly to avoid any mistakes that may cost them their lives. When they later discovered that titans were once humans themselves, Levi appeared to be mortified by the news.

Another amazing cosplay by Taiwanese cosplayer, Oh Ye Ya (夜伢)! I really love all these different colors the fans have made for Shingeki no Kyojin. I think the black one may have been my favorite until now. Red looks surprisingly good on Levi! Thanks to Genevieve for sending this in!

Clash of Clans Live Action Trailer

My little nephew came to visit us from Canada, and he’s somehow convinced me to buy a new smart phone just so that I could play Clash of Clans with him.

I have to admit, the game can be addicting after a while, even though I feel bad for raiding other villages for their resources, and sending off my troops to be killed.

Needless to say, once they told me there was a live action trailer (possibly fan made?), I had to check it out myself.

I’m thoroughly impressed with this video, you have no idea! It got me laughing at my screen even with strangers giving me weird looks for it (It was a bad idea to watch it while commuting, I tell you).

Sword Art Online: Alfheim Online: Asuna 03

As a regular player in Alfheim Online, Asuna retains her strong-willed yet kind personality as seen in Sword Art Online. However, she is no longer as proud as she was before. Asuna has several traits which are similar to Kirito’s, which is probably why they understand and love each other very much.

DRAMAtical Murder: Clear

Clear along with his brothers α and α2, were designed to sing “Dye Music”, a song that could brainwash people into submission, thus dyeing their brains. His real name was nothing more than a serial number, R-2E-054, and he originally served under Toue, his master. Unfortunately, he ended up being a defective unit, and was to be disposed off until the man in charge of disposal adopted Clear and treated him like his own son.

This cosplayer looks familiar somehow, but I’m not completely sure. Perhaps someone here will recognize him? Thanks to Steph for sending this in!

I’m back guys! Sorry for the sudden hiatus! I’ve recently been hired by a local publishing company and we’re making a monthly anthology book, so I’m pretty much swamped! I never thought I could pull all nighters in my age, but hey, we crossed the first hurdle! Hopefully, this means that I’ve learned my lesson so that I can keep Cosplay Holic updated in the future, right? We’ll have to wait and see, but the next time Cosplay Holic suddenly lacks in updates, you’ll know why!

Kuroko no Basuke: The Generation of Miracles

The all-star team of Teiko Junior High won the junior high Nationals for three consecutive years before graduating and entering different high schools. The five (arguably six) members all came to Teiko by coincidence, which included Akashi Seijuro, Murasakibara Atsushi, Daiki Aomine, Shintaro Midorima, Ryota Kise, and Kuroko Tetsuya. Momoi Satsuki, Aomine’s childhood friend, acted as their manager, and she is in love with Kuroko.

They look adorable, don’t they? We don’t get to see a lot of beautiful group cosplays like this, but I have say, all that food is making me hungry! Thanks to Clara for sending this in!

Aestur Domus Aurea: Golden Theatre of the Flamboyant is a theatre designed by Nero and constructed in Rome during her lifetime. Nero gave form and reproduced the Domus Aurea through prana, a method which is extremely similar to that used by Reality Marbles. Nero believed herself to be “an artist who rivals Apollo” and “a chariot driver that rivals Sol” and thus created the theatre to achieve her aspirations.
