Dangan Ronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc: Celestia Ludenberck

A student who enjoys wearing Gothic Lolita attire, Celes is infamously known as the gambler, “Queen of Liars”. She believes that one must continually adapt in order to survive. Although she is usually calm and collected, she occasionally has uncharacteristic outbursts especially is something (or someone) really annoys her.

I have to say, that hair is really something! How she mananged to get her wig to stay curled that way is quite a feat! Thanks to Pandamon for sending this in!
